When a player submits a request, the club owner and staff receive a message in Telegram: • who wants a table, for what time, and what format; • **a picture of the weekly schedule** — as in the "Table Bookings" section on the website; • **"Confirm"** and **"Reject"** buttons — without logging into the dashboard. The player receives a reply in Telegram when the club has made a decision.
