The owner can add staff members by phone number — they get access to bookings, tournaments, and players (but not to managing the staff list). Separately, we launched 'Ideas' — suggestions from players for improving the platform. Ideas go through moderation; approved ones are visible to everyone, and you can vote 👍/👎.
